Bridge System
A cable-stayed bridge, also known as diagonal bridge, is a type of bridge in which the main beam is directly pulled onto the bridge tower with many cables. It is a structural system composed of a load-bearing tower, tensioned cables, and a bending beam body. It is the most important bridge type for large-span bridges.

The Steel Wire Rope Body adopts a fully anti-corrosion structure. The rope body is composed of Φ5, Φ7 hot-dip galvanized (or epoxy, etc.) high-strength steel wires arranged closely in regular hexagons or missing-corner hexagons, parallel and bundled into bundles by special rope-making equipment, and then wrapped and shaped with high-strength polyester wrapping tape after left-handed light twisting, and then hot-extruded HDPE protective layer for protection, and finally planted and marked according to the stress-free length of the stay cable.
The Protective Layers: H-type black single-sheath structure, C-type black inner layer and colored outer double-sheath structure, and FD-type triple-sheath structure with isolation layer.
Galvanized Steel Wire Cable:

Epoxy Coated Steel Wire Cable:
Epoxy coated steel wire is a new type of prestressed high-strength steel wire material with better anti-corrosion performance than galvanized steel wire.
1. The coating has strong adhesion and excellent chemical properties such as alkali resistance, acid resistance and solvent resistance;
2. The coating process does not affect the strength of the steel wire and other properties. The epoxy steel wire has better grip than galvanized steel wire.

Low Stress Anti-Corrosion Steel Wire Rope Cable:
The rope body is fully anti-corrosion with double-layer HDPE protection, and an isolation layer is added between the double layers of HDP. When the rope body is subjected to static load, the outer layer of HDPE can effectively release stress, so that the outer layer of HDPE always works in a low stress state, effectively solving the problem of HDPE stress cracking.

Note:
1. The opening in the middle of the anchor plate has the same inner diameter as the embedded pipe;
2. When calculating the anchor length of the cable, place the fixed end nut in the middle of the fixed end anchor cup L2;
3. When calculating the anchor length of the cable, place the tension end nut at a distance of (L1-H1)/2 from the inner end face.
