ADVANTAGES

There are two types of steel strand cable that our company produces: one is the ordinary parallel steel strand cable; the other is the parallel steel strand cable that can realize cable force monitoring, that is, in the parallel steel strand cable anchor, three holes are selected to install magnetic flux sensors for measuring the tension of a single steel strand, and the supporting measuring instruments form an intelligent steel strand cable system. Based on the principle of isotropic method, the cable force is calculated, which can monitor the uniform force of a single steel strand.

USE

The parallel steel wire stay cable is a combination system with multiple anti-corrosion features, new waterproof devices, high-strength steel wire cables and cold-cast anchors.

Epoxy sprayed steel wire cable: Epoxy sprayed steel wire is a new type of prestressed high-strength steel wire material with better anti-corrosion performance than galvanized steel wire. Its advantages are:

1. The coating has strong adhesion and excellent chemical properties such as alkali resistance, acid resistance and solvent resistance;

2. The coating process does not affect the strength of the steel wire and other properties. The epoxy steel wire has better grip than galvanized steel wire.

Low stress anti-corrosion steel wire rope cable: The rope body is fully anti-corrosion with double-layer HDPE protection, and an isolation layer is added between the double layers of HDP. When the rope body is subjected to static load, the outer layer of HDPE can effectively release stress, so that the outer layer of HDPE always works in a low stress state, effectively solving the problem of HDPE stress cracking.
