Bridge System
Cable-stayed bridge, also known as diagonal bridge, is a type of bridge in which the main beam is directly pulled onto the bridge tower with many cables. It is a structural system composed of a load-bearing tower, tensioned cables, and a bending beam body. It is the most important bridge type for large-span bridges. Cable stayed bridges are highly praised for their beautiful design, fast construction, low cost, and easy maintenance.
ADVANTAGES
Features:
The main advantage of this type of cable is that it has at least three layers of anti-corrosion protection.
The HDPE outer shell pipe seals and protects each steel strand that makes up the cable;
The space between the steel strand and the HDPE protective layer is filled with grease or wax;
The coating layer on the surface of the steel strand is anti-corrosion.
Steel strands can be replaced with small tensioning equipment without affecting traffic.
USE
There are two types of steel strand cable that our company produces:
one is the ordinary parallel steel strand cable; the other is the parallel steel strand cable that can realize cable force monitoring, that is, in the parallel steel strand cable anchor, three holes are selected to install magnetic flux sensors for measuring the tension of a single steel strand, and the supporting measuring instruments form an intelligent steel strand cable system.
Based on the principle of isotropic method, the cable force is calculated, which can monitor the uniform force of a single steel strand.
SPECIFICATIONS
YUANXIAN XINKE Multi-strand Stay Cable System is composed of Anchorage Zone, Transition Zone, Free Length and HDPE Pipe.

Ⅰ. Anchorage Zone
Anchorage zone includes adjustable and fixed anchorage, the cable force is transferred to bridge structure via anchored wedges. It could be option one side for adjustable-end and other side for fixed-end, or both are adjustable-end.
1. Adjustable end Anchorage
Adjustable end anchorage is composed of Anchor head, Wedges, Socket, Nut, Sealing set and PE sheathed strand. The ring nut on the threaded anchor socket enables to integrally adjust cable force and length. Individual strand or entire cable are inspectable and replaceable.

Ⅱ. Transition Zone
Transition zone is composed of damper, collar and waterproof cap.
1. Damper ware made from damping ruber, Installed in the exit of cable pipe, fixed the cable and structure, it could reduced the adverse effects which from vibration on the cable.
2. Collar could put the loose steel strand into a close whole, increase the stiffness of cable.
3. Waterproof cap connect cable system and bridge structure, could prevent water entering inside of Cable.
Ⅲ. Free Length -- Cable
YUANXIAN XINKE protect every steel strand via Epoxy Coated Strand ( or galvanized strand) +Anti-corrosive grease ( or Wax) + PE sheath. HDPE pipe is the outermost protection of the cable, which isolates the corrosive matter from cable and resists UV radiation.

1. The main advantages of Cable:
(1) Steel strand together with high-density polyethylene sheath all finished produced in the factory, the quantity would not affected from transportation, Storage and Installation.
(2) HDPE pipe could prevent crash, extrusion and friction when install the cable.
(3) Individual anti-corrosion protection of steel strand could effectively prevent the cable ware corrosion totally.
(4) The void between strand and PE sheath is filled by anti-corrosive grease or wax, it could increase the lifetime of steel strand.
(5) The Friction coefficient between HDPE and HDPE is larger, it could provides ideal internal damping performance for each beam steel strand.
(6)HDPE pipe is extruded from high-density polyethylene, color could be customized to satisfy the aesthetic requirements.
2. There are many options for outer HDPE pipe:
Monochrome circular type, Inner black layer and outer colored layer, Double spiral line sheath and Half sheath.
