Its primary purpose is to control the deformation and failure of the Surrounding Rock, prevent roof collapse and sidewall spalling, thereby ensuring the long-term stability of the underground space and the safety of operations.
Core Principle: Utilizing components such as rock bolts, cable bolts, and steel supports, the system binds loose or fractured rock masses together to form a load-bearing arch. This technique leverages the inherent strength of the surrounding rock itself to support the roadway.

The roadway support system mainly consists of the following major product categories:

- I-Beam Supports: High strength, suitable for roadways with large cross-sections.
- Steel Mesh: Laid on the rock surface to prevent small rock fragments from falling (spalling).
- Shotcrete: Used in combination with steel mesh and bolts (Bolt-Mesh-Spray Support) to seal the rock and prevent weathering.
