Which problem will appear if it is difficult to release the wire strand?

  1. If one coil of steel strand can not be released , this coil could not be used any more , this will cause the lose and increase the cost.

  2. if one coil of steel strand only can be opened and wire -released slowly, this will effect the construction efficiency, increase a lot of construction time .

It is very important for workers to release the wire strand easier.

What are the reasons causing the difficulty of releasing the wires?

Case 2: One our customer had following feedback when he bought other brand steel strand,

The straightness of steel strand is not good,

Which steel strand coil is easier to lay out ?cid=43

At the construction site ,the workers are all rushing to work, following situation appearred ,

Which steel strand coil is easier to lay out ?cid=43

Although workers had improper operation, the main reason is still that strand is not straight , and finally wast their a lot of time.

some suppliers want to have a low produce cost , they use a lower heat treatment temperature  , which will cause the strand is not straight.

Our Solution:

  1. Although in the industry , the OKAY temperature for thermal stabilization treatment is 380 ℃ + - 20 ℃,we only make the temperature be 380℃ to 400 ℃. in all our strand producing.

  2. When machine starts running or ends running , the temperature , running speed and two- tension values can not reach to setted values in an instant, this will cause the product performance not good ,

Each mother coil ,around 18 tons , we will cut off the start 20 meters and the end 20 meters , which can not be used, and finally processed as wasted steel.
