Secondly, the steel strand also needs to have good flexibility and excellent plasticity, and can be easily bent, twisted, and used in various complex construction scenes and structural designs. At the same time, it is ensured that brittle fractures will not easily occur during the bending process. For example, relaxation is an important parameter for measuring product performance. Under long-term load, the stress relaxation rate is low, which can ensure stable prestress and ensure the long-term safety and stability of the structure. That is, the lower the relaxation of the steel strand, the better the product quality. Our company's 7-wire steel strand can achieve a relaxation of less than 2%, which is lower than the 2.5% required on the market and has a wider application.The figure below is the data of our product relaxation test, for reference only. The excellent physical properties of our steel strands are also reflected in the elongation under high strength. Our experimental results show that under a high strength of 1920Mpa, the elongation of our products can reach 9.5%, far exceeding the 5% elongation required by modern standards.

Thirdly, the excellent physical properties of steel strands are also a necessary requirement in modern construction. After the 7-wire steel strands we produced passed the fracture test, the cross-section of the steel strands showed a uniform and neat circle with smooth edges, as shown in the figure. This experiment shows that the 7 steel strands broke together, which also shows the refinement of the manufacturing process and the uniform distribution of the materials, proving that the performance of each steel strand is highly consistent.

In addition, a good steel strand must also pay attention to its anti-corrosion properties. After surface treatment, the steel strand can resist the erosion of the surrounding medium. Excellent corrosion resistance can make it less likely to rust and corrode in harsh environmental conditions, such as humidity and saline-alkali land, thereby extending its service life and reducing maintenance costs.
