In the process of manufacturing steel strands, pickling and phosphating of raw materials (i.e. wire rods) is a very critical step in improving the corrosion resistance of steel strands. Many factories do not have this process, but our factory does.

Ⅱ, Reasons for pickling and phosphating:
Remove surface impurities: During the production and processing of steel strands, scale, rust and other impurities will adhere to the surface. These impurities will affect the subsequent coating adhesion, product appearance and performance. Pickling can dissolve and remove these impurities through chemical reactions, exposing the pure metal matrix on the surface of the steel strand.
Prepare for phosphating: The surface of the steel strand after pickling is relatively clean, which is conducive to the phosphating solution to better react with the metal surface to form a uniform and dense phosphating film.
