ADVANTAGES
Raw material control: 82B high carbon wire rod with sorbite volume fraction of more than 85% is selected, the non-metallic inclusion grade is less than 2.0,
and there is no high magnification microstructure defects such as reticular structure and martensite.
82B Ф 14.0 mm tensile strength not less than 1220 MPa, 82B Ф 13.0 mm tensile strength not less than 1200 MPa, 82B Ф 8.0 mm tensile strength not less than 1180 MPa;
The elongation after fracture shall not be less than 9%, and the reduction of area shall not be less than 30%;
Metallographic structure with a volume fraction of over 85% of sorbite
Drawing process: Control the drawing speed, reduce the deformation rate, and enable the steel wire to achieve high tensile strength while also achieving better plasticity and toughness.
After twisting: tension (240 ± 10) kN, tempering temperature (390 ± 5) ℃. Make the steel strand have better performance under loads exceeding 90% of the maximum force.
