In order to relieve everyone's work pressure, the HR department organized a special mountain climbing team building, allowing us to temporarily get away from work and interact with nature. In the early morning, when the dawn was just breaking, we assembled at the foot of the mountain, looking forward to this mountain climbing activity.
Some people were stuffed with laptops to deal with customer messages, some were carrying bags full of snacks and drinks, and some were carrying cameras to record the scenery along the way. When climbing the mountain, the boys took everyone's lunch and were the main weight carrier. The heavy backpacks were passed on their shoulders to form a mobile supply station. Every stop and wait on the stone steps, every hand out of the hand to pass water, eliminated the sense of alienation at the desk.
When we reached the mountainside, the captain poked the trekking pole into the cracks of the rocks as a handrail, and told everyone to take it slow and not to rush; whenever the stone steps were slippery or the slope was steeper, someone would step firmly on the heels first, then turn around and stretch out his palm to pull the people behind him onto the platform one by one, so that no one would fall behind. The protection of the team was concreted at this time, and unity was never a slogan, but everyone's instinctive reaction.
After reaching the top of the mountain, the captain issued a special badge with everyone's name engraved on it, and our sense of achievement at this time had a concrete carrier. Someone wanted to give up when he climbed halfway, but it was the team members who helped and encouraged him to climb the whole way. The scenery on the top of the mountain is beautiful and refreshing. Some people took photos of the team flag and the sea of clouds with their cameras, and some squatted in front of the cracks of the rocks to take pictures of the stars formed by wild flowers. At this moment, I realized that the scenery on the top of the mountain is indeed moving, but what is more precious is the cooperation on the road: some people explore the way to mark the safe landing point, some people stay behind to ensure that no one falls behind, and some people use jokes to dispel fatigue. Unity and cooperation are no longer abstract concepts, but care and concern when you pull me and I pull you.
As dusk fell on the foot of the mountain, the backpacks gathered together again to discuss the gains and feelings of this activity. In fact, the best team building is never to conquer a mountain, but to let everyone realize that the achievement of unity and cooperation to achieve the goal is the reward for joint efforts, and it is a recognition of the seriousness of work and self-affirmation.
