Bridge System
The cables for the suspension bridge suspender system can be selected from parallel steel wires, steel wire ropes, and steel strands. The technical indicators of suspension bridge suspenders shall comply with the provisions of the current version of JT/T 1199 Technical Standards for Highway Suspension Bridge Suspenders.
Our company provides two types of suspender systems: extruded tension-type suspenders and parallel steel wire suspenders. The specific structure and technical parameters of the extruded tension-type suspender system are detailed in G-type Extruded Compression Steel Strand Suspender System.
ADVANTAGES
The parallel steel wire suspender adopts PES (FD) low stress anti-corrosion structure, new waterproof device, and rotatable spherical support device to solve the problems of short-term cracking of the HDPE sheath, water ingress at the lower end, and deformation of the short suspender as a whole, thereby improving the safety and durability of the suspender.
The most common connection forms between the suspension cable and the stiffening beam are pin connection and anchor head pressure bearing. The pin connection is the most widely used in various types of suspension bridges.

1. The hole in the center of the anchor plate shall have the same inner diameter as the embedded pipe.
2. When calculating the anchorage length of the suspender, take the center line of the upper fork lug pin shaft as the reference.
3. When calculating the anchorage length of the cable, take the nut at a position of (L1-H2)/2 from the inner end face as the reference.
