Bridge System
The parallel wire suspender is a new type of arch bridge hanger system with multiple anti-corrosion, new waterproof devices and steerable spherical support devices. It solves the problems of short-term cracking of the HDPE sheath of the cable body, water ingress at the lower end and deformation of the short hanger, thereby improving the safety and durability of the hanger.
ADVANTAGES
Selection of Parallel Steel Wire Suspenders:
1. In order to adapt to the influence of temperature changes and reduce the additional stress caused by the longitudinal displacement of the bridge deck with short suspenders, if necessary, 1 to 3 pairs of suspenders can be used as type III or IV suspenders according to different structures.
2. In order to ensure the safety of the structure, it is recommended that the safety factor of the suspender n ≥ 2.5 ~ 3. If the safety factor is too large, it will cause the cable body to not be straightened, the force is not large enough, and the nut is easy to loosen.
3. When designing the structure, the position of the shortest suspender should be reasonably arranged, and the free length of the shortest suspender (the length from the lower end of the arch rib to the upper end of the beam) should not be less than 2 meters.
4. To ensure the waterproofness of the lower end, the embedded pipe at the beam end must be extended 100 ~ 150mm from the bridge deck structure.
5. In order to facilitate the replacement of cables, it is recommended to use a double suspender structure if the structure allows.
USE
Arch bridges have long been the main form of large-span bridges, characterized by their beautiful appearance, large span capacity, aesthetics, economy, and minimal interference with traffic during construction.
Suspension rods and tie bars are one of the most critical load-bearing components of arch bridges, and their reliability, durability, and adaptability are related to the safety and normal use of bridge structures.

Ⅰ. The Structure of the Boom:
Parallel steel wire hangers are divided into six types according to structural applications: Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ, Ⅴ, and Ⅵ.
Among them: cold cast anchor parallel steel wire hangers can be applied to: types Ⅰ to Ⅳ; hot cast anchor parallel steel wire hangers can be applied to: types Ⅴ to Ⅵ.

Note:
1. The optional accessories in type I to IV hangers are hanger anchor accessories, which can be selected according to the bridge structure and technical requirements.
2. In Figures V and VI, the dimensions of A and E are determined according to the structure of the connected parts. The dimensions of L1 and L3 are determined according to the required hanger adjustment amount.
3. The shape and parameters of the anchor and accessories can be appropriately adjusted according to the different requirements of the project, and the final shape and parameters shall be subject to the contract.
Ⅱ. Suspension Cold Cast Anchor Structure:

Note:
a. The opening in the middle of the anchor plate is the same as the inner diameter of the embedded pipe;
b. When calculating the anchor length of the cable, the fixed end nut is placed in the middle of the fixed end anchor cup L2;
c. When calculating the anchor length of the cable, the tension end nut is placed at a distance of (L1-H1)/2 from the inner end face.
Ⅲ. Suspension Hot Cast Anchor Structure:
RM hot-cast anchors are divided into six types: Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ, Ⅴ, and Ⅵ according to different structures.
