QC for Biodegradable Material
In the process of biodegradable product quality control, we adopt three steps controling ways.
1st step, IQC (Income quality control)
2nd step, IPQC (Inspection Process quality control)
3rd step, OQC / FQC (Outgoing / Final quality control)
Before the goods out from our warehouse, as per different order requirements, we finish following test.
Biodegradable bag: we will test appearance, structure, service performance, heat resistance, water leakage, water content, heavy metal content, fluorine content, volatile solid content, degradation performance, compostable degradation performance as per strandard GB/T 18006.3-2020, we will test identification, dimensional deviation, sense, printing quality, mechanical properties, biodegradability as per standard GB/T 38082-2019.
Agriculture Mulching film: we will test specification, mechanical properties, heavy metal content, water vapor permeability, biodegradability as per standard GB/T 35795-2017
Stretch Film: we will test mechanical properties, service performance, odor, solvent residue, average thickness deviation, heavy metals, fluorine content, biodegradation rate as per standard GB/T 38727-2020
QC for Window Film
In the process of window film product quality control, except three steps controling ways, we add the inspections from the third party inspection institute as per client's request.
Window film for car: we will test the visible light transmission, visible light reflectance, UV light rejection, infrared cut, total solar energy rejection, thickness of base film, appearance.
Window film for decorative: we will test dimension, appearance, mechanical properties.
