Individual epoxy coated steel strand
Individual epoxy coated or Single wire with epoxy coating steel strand is sprayed with epoxy resin powder on the steel wire of single steel strand by high-voltage electrostatic spraying method, and then heated, melted, solidified and cooled, so as to form a layer of dense epoxy coating on the steel wire surface, and then twisted into 1x7 steel strand.
ADVANTAGES

1. Excellent anti-corrosion performance (chemical resistance, salt spray resistance, chloride permeability resistance and dry resistance).
2. The epoxy layer is thin and uniform in thickness. The clip bites through and the epoxy layer is directly clamped on the steel strand matrix, which has excellent matching with the anchor unit.
3. Excellent bending resistance, high temperature resistance and impact resistance.

-Some common attentions in using of our Individual epoxy coated steel strand.
1. This product should be hoisted individually to prevent damage and collision.
2. Three lifting belts shall be used for simultaneous lifting at three points.
3. Skin damage caused in the process of loading and unloading contacting directly with wire rope or forklift fork may lead to product scrapping.
4. Nylon rope or nylon belt can be used for hoisting.
After the epoxy coated steel strand enters the construction site, it shall select a flat land, use a three claw sling, a special sling for hoisting the strand, and a three-point hoisting. It is strictly prohibited to use steel wire rope for direct hoisting to avoid damage to the surface of the epoxy coated steel strand.
Place the epoxy coated steel strand on the special paying off rack with rotating device, and pay off slowly and evenly to avoid bumping the strand.
