Finish-rolled threaded nut, also known as finished rolled threaded steel nut, is a high-strength Finish-rolled threaded nut. When in use, the force of the finish-rolled threaded nut is applied by applying pre-tension inside it, and then generating friction resistance on the contact surface between the connected parts to bear the external load. It is usually used in conjunction with a finished rolled threaded steel plate.
Finish-rolled threaded nuts are divided into flat nuts (lower nuts) and conical nuts (upper nuts); flat nuts refer to flat nuts used on finished rolled threaded steel, usually installed in the lower position and often used for fixed ends; conical nuts refer to conical nuts used on finished rolled threaded steel, usually installed in the upper position and often used for tensioning ends. These nuts are designed to be high-strength and precisely matched with the external threads of finished rolled threaded steel to ensure the stability and reliability of connection and anchoring. Common specifications are divided into 15mm, 20mm, 25mm, 32mm, 36mm, 40mm, and the materials of finished rolled nuts are divided into 45# and 40CR.

Finish-rolled threaded nuts are widely used in large bridges and slope anchoring projects on highways and high-speed railways.
Finish-rolled threaded nut connection has the advantages of simple construction, good force performance, removable, fatigue resistance, and no loosening under dynamic loads. It is a very promising connection method.
USE
According to their types, finish-rolled threaded nuts can be divided into friction type and pressure-bearing type. The criterion for friction-type high-strength nuts to withstand shear force is that the shear force caused by the design load does not exceed the friction force, while the design criterion for pressure-type high-strength nuts is that the rod body is not sheared or the plate is not crushed (note: high-strength finish-rolled threaded nuts cannot be reused).
