Since returning to work after the Spring Festival, we have been planning a training session to solve problems encountered in daily communication, and to further improve the team’s professional capabilities. To help everyone gain a more intuitive understanding of our prestressed steel strand, our leader recently with all staff to the production workshop for on-site visit and product training.
On the frontline of production, we observed the entire production process, from raw material inspection, wire drawing, stranding, and stabilization treatment, to performance testing and finished product warehousing. The factory technicians carefully explained the production technology, product specifications, quality standards, and applications in bridges, slope support and other infrastructure engineering projects, enriching our theoretical knowledge and expanding our professional reserves.
This training was held in a relaxed and active atmosphere. Everyone learned while observing, listening and communicating. In response to various product questions and common customer inquiries raised by the team, the technicians patiently answered and demonstrated on site. Colleagues took photos with mobile phones, discussed and compared different product specifications. Professional knowledge became easy to understand through interactive on-site learning.
This intuitive experience not only deepened our overall understanding of prestressed steel strands, but also strengthened team cohesion through communication and interaction. Everyone gained a lot from this on-site training. We will apply our professional knowledge and enthusiasm to our work, and serve every customer wholeheartedly in the future.
