Low-Relaxation PC Strand & PC Wire

High-strength 1×7 strand and individual PC wires are the primary tension elements in post-tensioned and pretensioned bridge structures. Our highway-grade strand achieves ultra-low relaxation values and is available with epoxy or galvanized coating for corrosion-exposed applications including external tendons and stay cable wire.

Precision Rolled High-Strength Threaded Bar

High-strength precision-rolled threaded bars (PSB500–PSB1080) are used wherever a rigid, fully threaded prestressed element is preferred over flexible strand — particularly in short-length applications, vertical post-tensioning, and anchor bolt systems. The continuous thread profile allows anchoring and coupling at any position along the bar.

Deck & Web Post-Tensioned Tendons

Bonded or unbonded post-tensioned tendons running through preformed ducts in the deck slab and webs. Each tendon consists of multiple strands anchored at both ends using a multi-strand wedge anchor system.

Bottom Flange Longitudinal Tendons
